The company founder Les Wallace, started out as a toolmaker and later built his first moulding machine in the mid 1950’s.

Kevin Wallace has continued the family tradition and we utilise both local and overseas toolmakers for our tooling requirements.

We use the latest “mould flow” simulations to enable us to correctly design your tool.
In the manufacture of your tool, our contractors use the latest in CMC machines, such as the Ace centre MB-46.

This machine offers a 35% reduction in cutting time which equates to shorter lead times at a competitive price to you.
